Super microwave digestion/extraction instrument

As a new generation of microwave digestion technology, super microwave has many advantages that ordinary microwave cannot compare with. The BoAu SUPERMATE 7x super microwave digestion instrument is mainly used for efficient and rapid digestion and extraction of inorganic and organic components in various samples. It is one of the essential and most effective sample pretreatment equipment for various analytical instruments such as atomic spectroscopy, molecular spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry. Improved the shortcomings of traditional microwave digestion equipment, such as the need for preheating before sample digestion, fragile and cumbersome disassembly of sample tank materials, uneven temperature and pressure on each sample, and low microwave utilization efficiency.

Ultra high working pressure: After sealing the chamber, high-pressure inert gas is filled, and the maximum working pressure can reach 20 MPa;

Ultra high working temperature: Under ultra-high pressure working environment, the working temperature can reach 300 ℃;

High precision platinum resistance temperature control system: directly measure the temperature of the sample, display the temperature and temperature change curve inside the reaction chamber;

Independent safety pressure relief system: not affected by the program, once the pressure inside the chamber exceeds the maximum working pressure, it will automatically release pressure to ensure that the experimental process is always within a safe range;

Multiple types of sample tubes: equipped with four types of sample tubes: 8-bit, 8+8-bit, 31 bit, and 70 bit, corresponding to different volumes, sizes, materials, and corresponding tube racks, to meet different analysis needs of users.
